Into The Upside Down
I created a procedural forest (for the most part) in Unreal Engine 4 to create some Stranger Things fan art.
Trees and foliage were created in Speedtree using Quixel atlases/textures. I created the “main” tree and parts of The Upside Down using X-Particles and Zbrush. I also used 3D assets from Quixel. For the fog planes in the upside down, I took stills from fog videos from Action VFX and used a panner on them for movement.
